About AshlynsAshlyns Farm is run by the Collins family and is a well established business which farms 1500 acres of organic land near Ongar in Essex. It is a demonstration farm for the Soil Association who have been campaigning for many years to improve organic standards. The farm is open to the public - just collect your trail map from the farm shop and away you go! Over the following pages you will be able to find out about Ashlyns and what we can offer to the whole family, so why not browse our pages or pop in to our farm shop and enjoy a latte, or try our new menu where all food is local and organic (where possible) and cooked to order.
