On a medium heat fry the onions, garlic, chilli powder and cumin in the olive oil.
Add the mince and break up with a wooden spoon.
Cook for five minutes.
Add the flour to soak up excess fat and stir well.
Add the tomato base sauce and gently cook for 30 mins.
Add the kidney beans and cook for a further five minutes.
Taste and season.
For wraps, spoon the chilli into the centre of each wrap. Fold in the edges and roll up. Place in a box tin and sprinkle with a little grated cheese. Replace the lid and warm in the oven until cheese is melted and piping hot in the centre.
