Put the sauce ingredients into a large pan and boil briskly for about 5 minutes
For the sponge, sift together the flour, baking powder and coco powder. Cream the margarine and sugar together. Add eggs to margarine mix, adding some of the flour and coco mix at the same time. Add the rest of the mix. Add ,ilk until you have a smooth consistency
Put mixture into the greased tins and pour the hot sauce over the sponge mixture
Cover with a lid, and bake in the pre-heated oven for 35 -n 40 minutes, or until when you insert a skewer it comes out clean
Cut into portions and serve
Gooey Lemon or Orange Pudding
Make as for gooey chocolate pudding, except substitute the finely grated zest of 12 lemons or oranges in place of the coco powder in the sponge, and the lemon or orange juice in place of coco in the sauce.
