Make up the cous cous as per the packet instructions.
Toss all the vegetables (including the whole garlic cloves in their skin) in oil and roast in the oven.
When the vegetables are tender pop the garlic out of their skins, crush and stir into the vegetables. Some water would have come out of the vegetables but this fine.
Put the roasting pan on the top of the stove and add the butter beans, honey and soy sauce. Heat until a thick sauce is formed (stirring to avoid burning). Add the vegetables and sauce to the cooked cous cous and stir to combine. Serve hot.
