School Food Demonstrations Course

This course has materialised from the responses that we have received from the feedback forms.

The original “School Cooks Course” could only cover a certain amount in two days. We feel that this 1 day demonstration course will further enhance the ability to produce the best possible school meals. The day will be entirely focused on the practical element of cooking. Our chefs will demonstrate a wide range of dishes that can be incorporated into your menu and you will get the chance to be hands on and of course have the opportunity to sample the dishes.

Course fee is £125 + vat per person
