Midday Supervisors/Assistants Course

The whole school approach is paramount to achieving a successful school meal service. Midday supervisors/assistants play an integral part in this and to help understand the reasons and benefits of doing so we have designed a specific 1 day course to increase their awareness of their crucial role within the school meal service.

The day will cover areas such as customer service, the dining experience, the new Government Standards, promotional ideas and the changing roles of the midday assistant.

Course fee is £125 + vat per person.
